Muzzammil has worked within DLA’s residential team on a wide range of complex housing projects, which have included new build, regeneration and refurbishment schemes. He is currently a key member of the team and has worked on the Equipment Works, a major 342 unit mixed-use residential redevelopment scheme in south east London, which forms part of the wider Blackhorse Lane regeneration masterplan. In addition, Muzzammil has worked on two recently completed refurbishment projects and also on Waterloo Road, a complex rooftop extension which looked at creating two penthouse apartments.

At his disposal, Muzzammil has knowledge of BIM (Revit), model making, Sketch Up and freehand drawing, and as such has an excellent command of 2D and 3D graphic presentation which has proved invaluable in the design and planning phase of our residential projects.
