Meet Neil in Cannes

Neil Matthews is a Director based in our London studio, with more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex projects across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on workplace and deep retrofit schemes.

Neil has led projects from early concept through to completion, specialising in the transformation and reuse of existing buildings to create high-quality, sustainable workplaces. He works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to balance design quality with commercial, technical and programme considerations.

With extensive experience across workplace, residential and mixed-use developments, Neil brings clear leadership and a pragmatic, solutions-led mindset to every project.
